well, here it is, december 8th, the day we have been waiting for all these months. although i knew there was not much of a chance that she would be born on her actual due date, it's weird that this date will come and go with no baby! hold on...we still have three hours. better not jump to any conclusions.
it was nice today hearing from friends that have had babies past their due dates...as allison says "don't worry she WILL come, and once she's here you can't give her back"...ha so true! thanks for the support everyone :)
my mom is in town, and we walked all around truckee today. i am exhausted. i seriously feel like i went on the most strenuous trail run or had a bell-to-bell pow day or something!! nope...just fat. ha! i've been keeping moving though, in hopes that something will happen.
here's me last night:
i seriously can't imagine that thing can get any bigger.
and here's a fun boddy family portrait!!! i know, we're weird. especially mk, right??? ;)
i think i am honestly the most impatient person on the planet. enough from me, i ain't nothin' but a grumpy-pants!

i think any extra time in the belly will make the baby cuter! So let's keep her in there!

I had a dream on Monday night that I had a baby (and even caught her myself in the world's most un-painful and un-messy delivery) and she turned out fine, so I think that's a good omen. Because the paternal aunt's dreams always predict stuff, right?
ReplyDeleteHold her in until tomorrow and I'll win the pool that Pete and I have (we did not bet any actual money, it's just talk) - I say the 10th, he says the 12th. Although I also like the sound of the 15th.
You Boddy women look so pretty! Hi Peg!
